Mrs. En'onazi A. Ahmed joined the service of Kaduna Polytechnic in October 1988 as an Assistant Lecturer and was elected Dean, School of Science and Technical Education in November 2008. She and is currently a Principal Lecturer in the Department of Education (Technical).

Mrs. E.A. Ahmed has published several articles in Journals and has attended several conferences and workshops. She is a member of several professional bodies among which are; Nigerian Association of Teacher of Technology, Counseling Association of Nigeria, Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria, League of Researchers in Nigeria and Association for Promoting Quality Education in Nigeria.

The School of Science and Technical Education, offers competitive courses that enables its products (graduands) display professional competence and proficiency that is unrivalled.
Among the litany of courses offered by the School are Science Laboratory Technology, Nursing Education, Computer Science, Education (Primary Health Care), Wood Work, Building, Metal Work, and Statistics.
